Japanese Cookbook is offered as a monthly digital subscription with two plans:

• Basic Plan: $4.90 for your first month, then $49.90/month starting with your second billing cycle. Includes the recipe e-book — a digital recipe e-book, delivered as a downloadable PDF, containing a collection of ramen, sushi, poke and side dish recipes organized by category.
• Premium Plan: $49.90/month starting with your first payment. Includes the same recipe e-book, plus full access to Chef Sakura Tanaka's app with the same recipes and step-by-step video classes.

No physical product is shipped. Both plans are digital subscriptions with a recurring monthly charge until canceled.

3. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal

By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method the corresponding price on a recurring monthly basis, starting on the date of your first payment and on the same date each following month, until you cancel.

• If you choose the Basic Plan, your first payment is a discounted introductory price of $4.90 for one month only. Starting with your second billing cycle, your subscription automatically renews at the regular price of $49.90/month, unless you cancel before that renewal date.
• If you choose the Premium Plan, you are charged $49.90/month starting with your first payment, and your subscription automatically renews at that price each month, unless you cancel before the next billing date.
• Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices; we will notify you before any change takes effect on your account.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@nutrikitapps.site or from your account. Cancellation stops future charges — you will not be charged for the next cycle. You retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Delivery

Once your subscription payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link for the recipe PDF, plus login access to Chef Sakura Tanaka's app. Access is set up automatically and is usually immediate. 6. Refunds

7. Intellectual Property

Your active subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the recipes, the app, and the video classes for personal use in your kitchen, while your subscription remains active. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the e-book file, the app content, or the video classes.

• Share, resell, or redistribute the PDF file, app content, or video classes
• Share your app access with people outside your household
• Present the recipes, e-book, or video classes as your own original work to resell as a competing product

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of our website or app

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, app, and product are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular outcome from following the recipes or video classes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrikit Apps LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, app, or product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, United States, shall be the competent venue to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Nutrikit Apps LLC offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on your first payment for the Japanese Cookbook subscription. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of your first payment, you can request a full refund of that payment.

The refundable amount depends on the plan you subscribed to: $4.90 if your first payment was under the Basic Plan's introductory price, or $49.90 if your first payment was under the Premium Plan.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

• Your refund request must be submitted within 60 calendar days of your first payment date.
• The guarantee applies only to your first payment ($4.90 for Basic or $49.90 for Premium). Subsequent monthly renewal charges — including the Basic Plan's renewal at $49.90/month starting with your second billing cycle — are not covered by this guarantee, even if they occur within the 60-day window. See Section 5 below to cancel ongoing renewals before they're charged.
• The request must be made from the email address associated with your subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund

Our team will respond to your request within 2 business days. Requesting a refund also cancels your subscription, so you won't be charged again.

4. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Processing times may vary and are outside our control once the refund is initiated on our end.

5. Canceling After the Guarantee Period

After the first 60 days, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing contact@nutrikitapps.site or from your account. Canceling stops all future monthly charges — you won't be charged for the next cycle. Charges already processed for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable, and you retain access to your plan until the end of that period.

6. After a Refund or Cancellation

Once a refund is processed or your subscription ends, your access to the recipe PDF is deactivated, along with access to Chef Sakura Tanaka's app and video classes, if applicable. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies of the PDF once your refund has been processed.

7. Non-Refundable Requests

Refund requests submitted more than 60 days after your first payment are not eligible under the money-back guarantee; you can still cancel future billing at any time, as described in Section 5. Contact us directly if you have a special circumstance — we review these on a case-by-case basis.
